RETURN POLICY

Shipping, Refunds, and Returns

Shipping within the continental US generally takes about 3-5 business days.

Our fulfillment center operates during regular business hours and is closed on weekends and on holidays. As a result, orders received outside of business hours are processed the following business day.

In the case that you must return a product or order, or if there is an order discrepancy, please contact us with a detailed reason for the return.

  • Please include your full name, order number as well as the full name of the product  and the reason for the return.
  • We will send you all the details to ship the product.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, but we will refund your original shipping charges if you return an item due to an error on our part; a defect that we have previously determined; or a discrepancy in the order (wrong product, etc.). Please note that shipping bills are to be paid by the customer and not the company. 

If you are returning a product due to our error, please email at contact@matrixvibes.com the information listed below. Any additional shipping costs will be paid by Matrix Mixology Inc.

  • Your Full Name
  • Transaction Number/Receipt Number
  • Photo of the received product (JPG, PNG ,TIFF & PNG are all acceptable)
  • Name of product that was originally purchased.

All FREE promotional items must be returned if an original order is returned for a full refund. No full refund will be given if these promotional items are not returned, in great condition. Please contact us should you have any additional questions at contact@matrixvibes.com.

** Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. **

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened, must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

To start the return process:

  1. Please email contact@matrixvibes.com your full name, your order number/, receipt/proof or purchase, full name of the product and the reason for the return.
  2. Once verified, a Matrix Mixology Inc. team member will send you a return authorization code.
